The latest independent Q-poll gives PA guv candidate Ed Rendell a commanding 20-point lead over his Republican rival. The last Q-poll in this race one month ago had given Rendell a mere 7-point lead.

Every single poll in this race the past month has given Rendell a double-digit lead. It's over.
