In a boost to Erskin Bowles' (D) North Carolina Senate race, his former primary opponent and prominent NC African-American Dan Blue has hit the campaign trail on behalf of Bowles. Bowles needs a massive GOTV effort amongst the state's black community, and hopefully Blue's strong efforts will alleviate some of the resentment Bowles may have caused by defeating Blue in the primary.
