Listening to Ari Fleischer sling mud at the motives of Democrats in opposing the renomination of Charles Pickering was enough of a hoot by itself, especially when he said it wasn't about race. (Right Ari, kinda like when your boss rolls out a "stimulus" plan that isn't about class warfare).

But to justify Pickering's qualifications by citing his American Bar Association rating is one more act of too-frequent hypocrisy from this bunch. Of course, there is no evidence that any of the media stenographers that pass for most of the White House press caught Ari in his ridiculous statement.
