While you are unloading, you may want to consider that part of the British dossier on Iraq’s WMD and intelligence activities, from which Colin Powell apparently quoted somewhat, was in fact plagiarized from a graduate student’s thesis from six months earlier.

It is good to see that Tony Blair is a devotee of the Joe Biden and Gray Davis School of Original Thinking.
