Regardless who you support in the primaries, it is our responsibility as Democrats to try and nip this in the bud. It may be Kerry today, but you better believe that all of the candidates will get their turn.

I've always said I will support the candidate who can best deflect the inevitable smears from the Right. Remember -- the GOP cannot win on the strength of its agenda, so it must lie, obfuscate, confuse, and engage in unfounded character assasinations. But we don't have to sit back and take it.

Take part in MWO's email campaigns, contact your local papers, educate anyone who will listen, and do anything that can help keep the pressure on the media. The Right did this for decades with their claims of a "liberal media", with spectacular success. There's no reason we can't do our part to expose the VRWC media cabal.
