It's time to help me put together the next edition of Cattle Call 2004.

I get asked this every week: What am I trying to measure? The Cattle Call takes a sort of CW look at the candidates at this moment in time, from the front-runner on down. It's not who had the best week. It's not who I think will win. It's how the candidates are faring overall at this point in the race.
