Musgrove faces spirited primary challenge(s)

Democratic efforts to retain the Mississippi state house will take a beating, as Gov. Musgrove faces at least one, and possibly two primary challengers.

Musgrove flirted with a job opening at Delta State University. He ultimately decided to seek reelection, but not before he had emboldened a primary challenge.

On the other side of the aisle, GOP heavyweight Haley Barbour is sitting pretty, unopposed in his party's primaries.
