Friday | September 19, 2003 9th Circuit will hear recall case en banc The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will reconsider the decision of a three-judge panel to delay the recall election until March. A much larger panel (9-11 judges, I forget the exact number) will hear the case and render a new decision for the court. They better hurry. Not a lot of time to hear arguments, read briefs, render a decision, appeal to Supreme Court, get certiorari, make arguments, read briefs, have the court deliberate and issue its decision.
