The Guardian's Julian Borger says word around D.C.'s media set is that Rove did it. Now, did he talk to reporters who would know, or just people speculating that Wilson had already fingered Rove? I've heard much of the latter.

This would be welcome news, but I wouldn't take it to the bank just yet.
