Looks like Oklahoma's Don Nickles (R) realized he would never climb higher in his party's leadership heirarchy and decided to call it quits.

While the seat is still favored Republican, we do have a legitimate contender in Rep. Brad Carson. The GOP is now forced to play defense on a seat that would've otherwise been an easy Republican victory.
