By design, no one knows there's an election in Texas this Saturday, with "tort reform" headlining a series of proposed constitutional amendments.

It's pretty ugly stuff.

Oh, and Perry is calling a third special session to address redistricting. No word yet on the ground rules for this special session, but I can't imagine the Texas GOP will convene with rules allowing Dems to block the redistricting attempts (which was Texas Senate tradition until the GOP decided it didn't want to play by established rules).
